Community Development Committee

The Worth Township Community Development Committee was established to support responsible
growth and development throughout the Township. The committee focuses on improving local
infrastructure, enhancing recreational spaces and ensuring tax dollars are used effectively to
benefit residents.

One of the committee’s key initiatives was the development of the park located at 116th Place
and Springfield Avenue. This project addressed both community and environmental needs by
incorporating a retention area alongside recreational amenities.

For more information about the committee, please call (708) 371-2900.
