🦌 Hunter Safety Education Course

Bridgeview Park District is hosting a FREE Hunter Safety Education Course conducted by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR). This two-day workshop is designed for individuals interested in learning essential hunter safety practices and earning certification.

Participants must attend both days to receive a certificate. Please note: this is not a conceal carry class, and no guns are allowed.

• Gun safety

• Game identification

• First aid

Certification is issued upon successful completion of the two-day course. The instructor will need your Social Security number to issue the certificate.

Participants 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult who is also taking the course.
