
Senior Transportation
Worth Township provides curb-to-curb transportation for seniors ages 55 and older, and adults with disabilities ages 18 and older who live within township boundaries. Riders must be registered to use this service.
Passengers who require assistance getting to and from the bus must be accompanied by a registered caregiver. To schedule a ride, please call (708) 972-7075.
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 am to 3:00 pm
Friday: Employees work remotely, please call or email.
Worth Township Transportation
Transportation service is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (closed on holidays).
The last pickup is at 2:30 PM and service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important: If your appointment extends beyond 2:30 PM, you will need to arrange your own transportation home.

Worth Township Boundaries
Service is available within the area of 87th Street to 135th Street and Western Avenue to Harlem Avenue (excluding Chicago). Transportation is also available to Hi-Tech, Palos Hospital, and medical offices on College Drive.
Cost
- $3 each way (exact fare required)
- $6 round trip (exact fare required)
- $25 for a 10-ride pass (a $5 savings)
- $3 for any additional stops
Passengers must inform the Dispatcher of all stops at the time of booking.
Important: Drivers are unable to make unscheduled stops.
When given an appointment time, please allow a 15-minute window before or after your scheduled pickup time.
Due to the nature of the service and factors such as weather, exact timing cannot always be guaranteed.
Passengers are asked to be ready at least 15 minutes in advance of their scheduled pickup time.
We appreciate your patience and flexibility.
Cancellations
Passengers must personally notify the dispatcher of any cancellations as soon as possible.
Multiple failures to advise of cancellation will result in a suspension of riding privileges.
General Conduct Rules
- Passengers must be able to carry their own packages. Drivers are not permitted to assist with carrying items.
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Remain seated until the vehicle comes to a complete stop and the driver
indicates it is safe to exit. Failure to comply may result in loss of ride privileges. - Smoking, vaping, eating, and drinking are not permitted in Township vehicles.
- Riders must not distract the driver or engage in disruptive behavior. Physical or verbal threats, abusive
language, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. - Riders are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene. For health and safety reasons, service may be
refused if conditions pose a risk to others.
Worth Township reserves the right to immediately terminate service for anyone who violates these rules.

Worth Township ~ PACE
Worth Township provides curb-to-curb service to seniors ages 55 and older, and adults with disabilities ages 18+ that live within the boundaries of Worth Township. You must be registered to ride the bus. Passengers who are unable to get to and from the bus will require an escort. All caregivers must also be registered.
This service operates Mon – Thurs from 8am – 3pm last pickup is at 2:30pm. We provide service on a first come, first serve basis and reservations should be made 24 hours in advance by calling (708) 972-7075.
Transportation is available for medical and grocery appointments only.

When given an appointment time, please understand that the driver may arrive up to 15 minutes earlier or later than your scheduled time. It is nearly impossible to schedule with complete accuracy. The nature of our ridership requires patience and flexibility. In addition, we are always at the mercy of the weather. We appreciate your cooperation with scheduling and request you be ready 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled time.
