A Message from the Supervisor…
Dear Worth Township Resident,
Welcome to our new Worth Township website. Our staff has been working hard to rebrand our township with a new logo, improved social media outreach and more informative and innovative website.
As your new Supervisor, I expressed a desire to set forth a new vision and direction for your township. We want our residents to use this newly designed site to get the latest information on our programs and services, special events and resources available to those we serve.
For those unfamiliar with township government, we offer services in the areas of property taxes, voter registration, election services, general assistance for those without income or resources, energy assistance for low-income households, passports, youth programs and senior services.
Worth Township covers and area of 32.23 square miles , with 12 villages or Towns within those boundaries and just over 152,000 residents. It is our top priority to remain fiscally responsible while maintaining current services, and then look for ways to improve benefits for our residents.
Residents will surely appreciate some of the innovative ideas we are exploring and making a reality. All of us at Worth Township Hall are grateful for the opportunity to serve you, and we hope you enjoy our fresh look.

Join Us: Worth Township’s Drive-Thru Back Giveaway on Tuesday, August 8th, from 4pm – 6pm, or until supplies last. Must be a Worth Township Resident, must show proof of residency.
Worth Township Foundation: Motown Party

Prescription Drug Take Back Box
Residents are encouraged to bring in their expired, unused, or unwanted prescription drugs and dispose of them in the secure drop box, located in the main lobby of Worth Township.
Apple Tree School Supply Program
Please Donate: “Apple Tree” is a program which can help families with the financial difficulty of replacing school supplies for their children throughout the school year. The Youth Commission accepts school supplies and monetary donations all year.
Worth Township Food Pantry
Residents of Worth Township may use the pantry bi-weekly and must bring a current Illinois driver’s license or current Illinois State ID and a current utility bill within 30 days of your visit or current lease.
