Located off 91st and Rockwell at James J. Sexton Park, the Evergreen Park Urban Barn houses horses, goats, cats, chickens, bunnies, bees, and a beautiful barn for residents of all ages to enjoy. The Urban Barn gives visitors exposure to farm animals, gardening, beekeeping, urban wildlife, bird watching, as well as practices that reduce our environmental impact and promote a more sustainable and earth-friendly community. Need a ride to the doctor, shopping or any other trip? Give us a call! Rides are available Monday - Friday, bus operates from 9am-3pm. Each one-way ride costs $1.00, you can pay with cash or tickets can be purchased at City Hall. Call 708-424-7500 Monday thru Friday from 10 am to 3 pm to make a reservation. The sooner the better, first come first served.
